Assist with taxable income estimates and tax provision processes within Fund structures, including monthly reconciliations and variance reporting for income tax accounts.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting findings, preparing reports, and providing analytical support.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and provide insights on tax accounting matters.
Handle income tax accounting matters related to acquisitions and dispositions, including opening deferred balances and US GAAP adjustments.
Enhance the tax provision process by improving reporting and control environments.
Support the adoption and process build-out of the OneStream tax provision environment.
Prepare and review monthly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, including valuation allowances for loss entities. Calculate and maintain effective tax rate calculations and update the Company’s external reporting (10-K and 10-Q income tax footnotes).
Take a hands-on approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
