Conduct final readiness checks and facilitate necessary approvals before go-live.
Accurately and clearly recording all delivery information within the relevant systems for successful handovers
Serve as the primary liaison between MNOs, Sunderland City Council, and site management teams.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, CDM requirements, and RF exposure standards.
Creating and managing documentation of the delivery approach, scope, key deliverables, and dependencies for the project
Track milestones, manage critical paths, and maintain transparent reporting.
Manage all delivery costs to the agreed cost model/budget showing all variances.
Coordinate power and fibre provisioning with local authorities and site operators.
Proactively manage communications with MNOs, council stakeholders, technology partners, internal teams, and contractors.
Oversee rigorous QA processes, including checks on equipment functionality, power reliability, fibre/backhaul integration, and system readiness.
Support overall programme management by adhering to deadlines, managing risks, and identifying opportunities for schedule improvements.
Create and maintain detailed RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs for all deployments, escalating critical issues promptly.
