Tasks
-While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk and sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (for purposes of assisting with project job walks and site inspections). -Provide guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates. -Engage with candidates throughout the process including responding to inbound questions and contacting candidates proactively to check in with them, follow up, answer questions they may have, etc. -Manage the Applicant Tracking System tracking and update the candidates' profiles as needed. -Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies to ensure data accuracy. -Participate in recruiting events as needed. -Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team. -Support corporate recruiters and hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies. -Work with external recruiting firms, recruiting job sites, social media, and career fairs to ensure cost effective and optimal sourcing tools to find great candidates. -Review candidate resumes of open positions. -Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews/Coordinate candidate travel. -Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers. -Identify and assist in improving the recruiting process. -Track recruiting and hiring process/metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable. -Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information -Answer phones and greet employees/candidates. -Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials. -The employee may regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

What You Bring
-3+ years’ experience as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition coordinator or similar role -Engagement: Shows a knack for using emotion and logic to communicate a persuasive vision and connect with people. -Proactivity / Initiative: Recognizes what needs to be done and accomplishes it in a manner appropriate for one’s level/position and with minimal supervision. -Prior HR experience within the construction or contracting industries -Strong interpersonal skills -The employee is occasionally required to reach above shoulder height to access storage cabinets and shelves. -Big Picture: Understands and contributes to organizations’ short- and long-term business strategy. On a personal level has independently developed a vision for short- and long-term career success. -Experience providing positive customer service experiences to external and/or internal stakeholders -Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Distance vision. -Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to streamline processes whenever possible -Must be detail-oriented and understand the importance of recruiting -Experience managing calendars, meetings, tasks, deadlines and multiple priorities -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness -Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment -High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in a job-related concentration (e.g., HR Management, Organizational Development, Business) -Teamwork: The ability to effectively work toward common goals with others by supporting, encouraging, and sharing information in an authentic and approachable manner. -Proficiency in Google suite of applications -Problem-Solver: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve a problem in support of personal, group, department, or organizational objectives. -Insight: The ability to gather and make sense of information that suggests new possibilities. -LinkedIn recruiting experience -Oracle HCM/ATS experience -General knowledge of various employment laws and practices -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and resolve problems in a timely manner
