Collaborate with centralized accounting teams to support month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and exposure in the business unit and apprise senior leadership of any potential concerns.
Serve as a financial partner to regional leadership, providing information and guidance in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in incorporating macro-economic and industry trends into the forecasting process.
Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly and quarterly basis vs operation plan.
Partner with corporate FP&A to align forecasting and budgeting processes with company objectives.
Assess pricing strategies, manage cost inputs, and analyze profitability to optimize financial performance.
Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and other short-term financial planning.
Evaluate capital investments and resource allocations to maximize returns.
Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
Develop financial models and analyses to support decision-making and operational initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with outside sales and other business leaders to drive accurate revenue and cost inputs to improve forecasts.

5+ years of experience in finance or combination of finance/operations roles.
Adept use of Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI to extrapolate data and create meaningful reports for end users.
