- Carrera terminada en Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Industrial o a fin.
- Diseña el flujo de trabajo de materiales en toda la planta de fabricación y planifica la selección e implementación de maquinaria y equipos.
- Experiencia en producción, materiales y programación es un plus.
- Crea un estándar y garantiza el cálculo correcto del tiempo de producción para los procesos de producción.
- Certificado en Green belt es un plus.
- Diseña, estandariza, implementa y da seguimiento al análisis de capacidad de proceso para todas las áreas de fabricación.
- Diseña estaciones de trabajo y procedimientos para proteger ergonómicamente a los operadores directos.
- 3 años mínimo de experiencia trabajando en instalaciones de fabricación de clase mundial como ingeniero industrial o equivalente.
- Conocimiento en Office
- Conocimiento en herramientas de Lean Manufacturing.
- Apoya todas las actividades de ingeniería industrial para los procesos de NPI.
- Conocimiento en Oracle / JD Edwards.
