Work Days: Monday – SaturdayWork Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pmRequired License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

  • Must be able to work 3 Saturdays per month
  • Good leasing and closing skills
  • At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience
  • Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
