Review drawings, specifications, and project plans for accuracy and compliance
Support system testing, commissioning, and closeout
Coordinate activities with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades
Track project progress, materials, and manpower efficiently
Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen in both technical and leadership skills
Lead and supervise crews in the installation and wiring of fire alarm systems and related electrical infrastructure
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce company safety policies
Ensure all installations meet NEC, NFPA 72, and applicable local codes

My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman (Fire Alarm specialty) to oversee the installation, coordination, and supervision of fire alarm and life-safety systems on local commercial and industrial projects in the Dallas area.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and based locally in the Dallas area
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
Hands-on experience with major fire alarm systems
Valid Texas Journeyman or Electrician License required
Minimum 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role
Strong understanding of NEC and fire/life safety codes
NICET Level II (or higher) and OSHA 30 preferred
