  • Manage security fobs
  • Ensure kitchen and coffee areas are stocked and kept tidy
  • Perform general clerical duties including petty cash handling and processing invoices to the finance department
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally
  • Prepare and format documents such as letters, memos, and engineering specifications
  • Receive and distribute courier and mail deliveries
  • Coordinate with Building Management for general maintenance and repair needs in the office
  • Assist with daily staff workstation assignments
  • Answer and screen telephone calls or forward them as appropriate
  • Assist with new staff introduction and setup
  • Coordinate and schedule conference rooms, including ordering lunches and preparing beverages when required (both onsite and offsite meetings)
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, and overall office space (e.g. boardrooms)
  • Order and manage office supplies through external vendors

  • Friendly and positive demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
