Coordinates technical aspect of office moves. Leads, supports and promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn. Understands JE Dunn’s policy of non-discrimination and ensures positive, proactive implementation throughout the organization.
Researches new desktop hardware and software and performs testing on potential configuration changes.
Creates and assigns work orders in the IT ticketing system, and documents resolutions.
Serves as the liaison between the IT department and Accounting for asset tracking, depreciation, and disposal of computers and/or mobile and desk phones.
Acquires, coordinates, and tracks assets across the technology asset life cycle.
Performs hardware and software repairs, maintenance, and upgrades and maintains asset records.
Serves as liaison between the manufacturer’s support representative and the end user.
Creates in-depth documentation of processes and system configurations.
Manages distribution and support of end user mobile devices by working directly with IT cell phone administrator, and provides instructions regarding proper use of hardware and software systems as they are deployed to end users.
Autonomy & Decision-Making: Makes decisions on non-routine matters, provides recommendations to supervisor, and refers all exceptions to supervisor
Conducts regular audits of end user assets and mobile devices and suggests or directs action items to correct discrepancies.
Maintains records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions taken and installation activities.
