Description

• Greet and engage prospects, residents, and guests in person and by phone
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and tours; interview prospective residents
• Address and resolve questions, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Process applications, renewals, and create rental agreements
• Inspect property conditions, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date resident files and records
• Report issues to the Community or Leasing Manager
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff
• Ensure ethical and consistent compliance with work policies
• Assist and promote resident activities
• Provide excellent customer service and communication, drawing from leasing, hospitality, or retail experience
• Work harmoniously with staff, vendors, contractors, and residents
• Engage customers confidently and close deals

Requirements

• Bring high energy and a positive attitude to foster a strong team atmosphere
• Hold a high school diploma or GED; degree preferred
• Read and write English fluently; possess basic mathematical skills
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, presenting a professional image
• Demonstrate strong time‑management abilities
• Bilingual abilities preferred but not required
• Exhibit excellent administrative, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills
• Show assertive customer‑service orientation
• Proficient with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel); experience with Yardi, ResMan, OnSite preferred
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
