Content Operations Coordinator

Identify and correct errors in bibliographic content of electronic documents.

The position is needed to support the Bibliographic, Cataloging, and Candidate Title Acquisition teams continues to expand content coverage. This division is responsible for acquiring the world’s non-patent literature in chemistry and related sciences and for ensuring the accuracy of bibliographic data on the CA/CAplus databases.

Prepare evaluation packets for newly launched publications for possible inclusion in databases.

Identify and resolve problems with documents that fail to make it through the production process.

Create and track orders.

Must be eligible to work in the United Stats, unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Must be located or willing to be in Columbus, Ohio

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of searching the web.
• Ability to learn system tools and to learn new procedures quickly and accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, an ability to interact effectively with staff and management.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced PC and Microsoft skills, especially with Excel.
• Additional language skills are a plus but not a requirement.
• Well-organized and detail oriented. Responsive.
• Some experience with accounting and invoice/receipt reports is desirable.
• Experience working in a library and with a Library Management System is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
