Responsible for all common PM duties – scoping and negotiating fees, scheduling, budget tracking, monitoring QC comments and client review comments
Supervises and directs team leaders, engineers, and technicians
Oversees the coordination work between various disciplines and subconsultants completing work on the project
Regulates project budgets and schedules and provides input for contractual requirements and adjustments.
Supervises and responsible for roadway staff, time sheet and related approvals, annual reviews, etc.
Work on award winning projects with award winning people
Estimates Department manpower needs and assigns work to meet project milestone dates.
Assists with marketing efforts - project identification, client visits, proposals, and presentations
Helps with coordinating and resolving technical issues which need the clients’ input and decision making
Assists in planning and developing engineering projects and the coordination of project concepts
Accentuates work through professional development. Encourages and is responsible for professional development of office or staff.
