- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CTA, qualified by experience)
- Proactive in taking the initiative to resolve problems or drive improvements
- Able to develop and document business procedures, consider and manage projects successfully and identify and manage risk responsibly
- Can master detail but also able to step back to ensure the detail fits into wider business objectives
- Exposure to international transfer pricing requirements
