Assist in developing and executing work plans for completing assigned tasks and projects.

Assist the Senior Project Manager, or Project Manager, in developing work scopes, budgets, and staff assignments.
Apply specialized technical expertise on a broad range of design tasks relating to transportation projects.

Minimum of 10 years of MDOT design experience.
Ability to work remote and in person effectively.
Experience on freeway and non-freeway road design, including interchanges
Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities, and ability to work independently or on a team.
Expert in MicroStation and OpenRoads.
Strong understand of MDOT schedules, procedures and design requirements
Michigan Professional Engineer License.
Experience developing MOT plans, signing and pavement marking MDOT plans a plus
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
