Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyse supply chain performance.
Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the service's interests and ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.
Tracking revenue streams: Identifying and analysing all sources of income to understand which products, services, or segments are most profitable.
