Head of Service

Description

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyse supply chain performance.
• Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the service's interests and ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.
• Tracking revenue streams: Identifying and analysing all sources of income to understand which products, services, or segments are most profitable.
• Coaching and mentoring: Act as a coach and mentor, providing regular, constructive feedback and supporting the professional development and career growth of team members through both formal and informal opportunities.
• Cultivating a supportive environment: Create an inclusive, empathetic, high trust and psychologically safe work environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and able to voice their opinions without fear of judgement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Oversee operations: Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the service, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to all organisational policies and standards.
