You will perform a variety of functions to ensure inventory quantities received, processed and checked out align with records, closing work orders and analyzing items for proper storage. Responsibilities include investigating stock discrepancies, managing material receiving and shipping procedures, scheduling and dispatching inbound and outbound railroad cars and company trucks, and operating electrode‑position paint bath equipment while providing guidance to teammates.
Safety is a core focus: you will conduct daily equipment maintenance, maintain safety logs, use appropriate PPE, and apply 5S housekeeping concepts. You’ll follow standard manufacturing processes, perform basic computer tasks, operate complex tools and machinery, and collaborate with the team, maintaining strong attendance and effective communication. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for inventory control and quality checks.

This full‑time supplemental role is a second‑shift position (Monday‑Friday, 3 pm‑11 pm) located in East Peoria, IL. Relocation assistance is not offered and candidates must be fluent in English and able to work overtime when required.

Benefits
Compensation starts at $23.22 per hour with a $1 per‑hour shift premium, plus overtime pay (time‑and‑a‑half) and optional mandatory overtime. Supplemental benefits include 40 hours of paid personal time per year (prorated), a tax‑deferred retirement plan after 1,000 hours, a high‑deductible health plan, and other programs such as HSA, FSA, employee assistance, tuition reimbursement, and incentive bonuses.
