Availability for occasional overnight travel (generally less than one week).
Minimum of 5 years of experience with planning and/or project development under NEPA, particularly with regards to transportation projects.
Wetland and Stream delineation certification from an accredited source (40-hour course).
Proficiency in technical writing.
Established knowledge of State and Federal environmental regulations and guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to planning or the environmental sciences.
Excellent communication skills and able to work on a collaborative team, both internally and externally, in both leadership and support roles.
