- Keep all property areas clean and attractive, including common areas, walkways, hallways, breezeways, and amenities.
- Remove litter, pet waste, weeds, cigarette butts, and perform minor landscaping cleanup to maintain curb appeal.
- Assist maintenance technicians in completing service requests effectively and promptly.
- Report safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs to management.
- Perform preventative maintenance and other tasks assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Participate in snow removal as an essential team member.
- Help ensure landscaping vendors meet contract standards.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe while adhering to company policies and core values.

We’re looking for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in making a great first impression. As a Groundskeeper, you will help keep our property beautiful and inviting for residents and visitors, handling landscaping, upkeep, and seasonal projects to ensure the community looks its best.
- Communicate positively with residents and deliver excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred) and groundskeeping experience (preferred).
- Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, and in extreme weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Strong relationship‑building and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of sharing ideas, encouraging others, and recognizing contributions.
Benefits
