Tasks

-Consistently attend or teach union training courses for continued education. -Should be the technical “go to” for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisors absence. -Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members. -Ensure compliance of team members to all safety policies and procedures. -Ensure all their quoted work is performed at or under allotted time. -Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician. -Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable. -Assist sales and quote department with technical information required. -Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.

What You Bring

-Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform. -Strong computer skills a plus. -Effective oral and written communication skills. -Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively. -Will have superior customer relations skills. -MSCA Star Certified. Take and complete the Star Certification Test. -Extensive Safety knowledge and training with minimum 10 years field experience. -Extensive HVAC field knowledge with minimum 10 years’ service field experience.
