Create new job folders for water and mold projects with all required paperwork
Support division managers with scheduling and administrative tasks
Confirm property ownership via county website tools
Dispatch technicians to new job sites and manage route scheduling
Monitor job statuses and ensure consistent documentation and follow-up
Coordinate mitigation activities by communicating with field technicians
Conduct post-service customer quality control calls
Enter new customer information into the company system
Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Process and send invoices to Accounts Payable and update job files
Answer all incoming calls, gather critical information, and triage appropriately
Upload lab/test results into the system and notify team members
Generate and distribute weekly marketing/outreach reports
Update existing jobs with notes, photos, documents, and other relevant data
