You will represent Paschal at local and industry events, building brand visibility while developing a strong pipeline. Collaboration with internal teams ensures the delivery of winning proposals that meet client needs.
The role focuses on prospecting and connecting with commercial property managers and subcontractors, building and managing a robust pipeline through networking and outreach, and conducting discovery meetings to align client needs with our services. You will track activity and performance in our CRM system and are expected to meet or exceed business development goals.
We seek self‑motivated go‑getters with strong communication skills who can quickly build rapport and clearly explain service options. Ideal candidates are customer‑focused, maintain a professional presence, are tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
