The Operations Improvement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Renuity’s Growth & Transformation organization by analyzing business operations, identifying performance gaps, and driving continuous improvement across key functional areas. This position collaborates with all Renuity divisions and functions—including call center, operations, sales, and marketing—to diagnose gaps, build action plans, and execute process and performance improvements. As a member of the performance improvement team, the specialist partners closely with field teams to promote consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
The role involves frequent travel—more than 50% of the time—to divisions nationwide for onsite assessments, meetings, implementation, and follow‑up activities.
Candidates should bring at least three years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field, with a proven ability to diagnose operational issues, uncover root causes, and develop actionable solutions. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities are essential. Experience with process mapping, improvement methodologies, and strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration are a plus.
