Documentation Head (Project Documentation Specialist – Commissioning)

The Documentation Head will lead the project documentation, QA/QC, and handover deliverables for refinery Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Integrated Performance Testing (IPT). The role is specifically focused on Edible Oil refinery projects, ensuring all documentation aligns with refinery commissioning standards and client/PMC requirements. The Documentation Head will be responsible for managing the team of documentation specialists and ensuring full compliance with client/PMC expectations.

• Coordinate with Technical Head to collect commissioning test data.
• Prepare final handover dossiers and operator manuals.
• Supervise Document Controller, Commissioning Documentation Engineer, and Technical Writer.
• Manage all refinery project documentation (PTMS, test records, commissioning dossiers, O&M manuals).
• Ensure timely submission, version control, and compliance with PMC standards.

• Proficiency in DMS (Document Management Systems) and MS Office.
• Prior GCC/Qatar experience preferred.
• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of EPC/PMC documentation systems.
• 15-20 years in QA/QC documentation, commissioning support, or PMC roles.
