What you would be doing

- Work hands on to complete projects
- Safety plan management including training and enforcement of safety procedures
- Work with mechanics, helpers and other foremen to build a high level of team work and morale
- Provide daily direction and training to apprentices
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within set budget
- Blueprint Reading, layout and planning of the day to day duties
- Build strong customer relationships when the job dictates
- Maintains safe work environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and harassment-free work environment
- Work with Project Managers and other staff to ensure all manpower and material requirements of the job are where they need to be, on time
- Supervise employees and subcontractors

- 10-15 years of experience building commercial mechanical projects
- Knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems a plus
- Ability to read, understand and work from drawings, specifications and schematics
