

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. They perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls as needed.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. The role also involves routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris.
Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.
