Support deterministic and probabilistic safety evaluations to demonstrate compliance with local and international nuclear safety standards (e.g., FANR, IAEA, NRC)
Prepare technical documentation and safety reports for internal review and regulatory submission
Participate in data collection and uncertainty analysis to improve model accuracy and plant reliability insights
Participate in training programs and continuous learning on nuclear safety principles, reactor technologies, and Middle Eastern nuclear regulatory frameworks
You will work with market-leading multinational clients and have the backing of a leading international firm
Contribute to hazard identification (HAZID) and risk-informed decision-making processes for nuclear facilities
Assist in the development of event trees, fault trees, and human reliability analyses (HRA) using specialized software tools (e.g., CAFTA, RiskSpectrum, SAPHIRE)
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Level 1 and Level 2 PSA models for internal and external events (e.g., fire, flood, seismic)

Strong technical foundation in engineering principles, with interest in nuclear safety and risk assessment
Eligible to work in the Middle East region (UAE, KSA, or other GCC countries).
0–2 years of experience in the nuclear, energy, or process safety field
Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical (or related engineer / science discipline)
Familiarity with PSA/PRA methodologies, fault tree and event tree logic, and safety analysis tools (coursework or internships beneficial)
Proficient in English (verbal and written); Arabic language skills are an asset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
Ability to hold and maintain US DoE Security Clearance
