Facility Coordinator

Manage facility operations, projects, maintenance and employee services for properties.
Meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations daily
Solicit bids and monitor contractor performance for facility projects, testing and building systems inspections
Monitor, order approved purchases for building supplies, materials, and assigned projects
Perform tasks related to employee move-in and move-out activity, associated furniture, and recordkeeping
Responsible for property level special projects, capital improvement, operational decisions, domestic mail and facility services
Participate in on-call, after hours for building emergencies
Support ancillary facilities, events, team members, and facility logistics
Primary point of contact for day-to-day facility services and requests
Work with Operations Manager to ensure all facility services, budgets, special projects, tenant improvements and emergency plans are implemented timely and properly
