Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing activities — from planning to implementation and reporting
Conceptualize and manage BTL / ATL / TTL activations, including events, mall activations, site activations, roadshows and corporate engagements
Manage budgets, POs, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, branding, procurement) and external partners (agencies, vendors, printers, performers)
Track campaign performance and share activation reports and recommendations
Support product launches, festive campaigns, and community initiatives
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground and digital marketing activation campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
