- Implement environmental assessment, impact assessment, and permitting processes for a variety of projects, including mining, infrastructure, industrial, and community developments
- Write and coordinate proposals and reports tailored to specific project requirements
- Build on previous client relationships to provide opportunities and support development.
- Develop and implement consultation programs with a focus on diverse stakeholders
- Actively participate in key client meetings and professional/industrial organizations to promote Stantec
- Be responsible for the dedicated staff providing Environmental Impact Assessment services, particularly within the Assessment & Permitting team
- Active participation in strategic planning and execution, including prepositioning for key projects and developing RFP responses
- Communicate and liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and the public
- Manage project tasks and deliverables related to Provincial and Federal Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sector Leaders to achieve excellent business outcomes
- Work with a group of professionals across Canada, focusing on environmental impact assessments and regulatory compliance
- Conduct desktop studies to support regulatory requirements for various developments
