  • Assist in the preparation of project development feasibility studies and presentations.
  • Ensure team understands Procurement service, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage claims and disputes in compliance with contractual terms and timelines.

  • Advise on procurement of projects and consultancy services to meet time, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Provide complete service interface between customers, Commercial & Procurement department, and contractors/suppliers.
  • Provide and manage pre and post contract Quantity Surveying Services including cost estimating and final account settlement.
  • Ensure service requirements are met in accordance with budget and program.
  • Comply with organizational forms and processes for internal approvals.
  • Monitor project insurance policies related to construction works.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing the contractual and commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion. The role involves leading a team to provide commercial services ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Success requires minimizing risk, achieving best value, and maximizing investment return. Regular interaction with clients to understand needs and provide sound advice is crucial, along with strategy implementation, relationship management, cost savings, and effective contract management.

  • Significant experience in Infrastructure, Retail, Residential, High Rise, and Hotel construction is essential.
  • Majority of experience in QS/Commercial Management with knowledge of FIDIC.
  • Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably working on behalf of the client, contractor, or PQS.
  • Proven track record in managing all commercial aspects, including cost planning, estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract activities for large-scale projects from inception to handover.
  • Strong contract knowledge and negotiation skills, with essential experience and understanding of the UAE market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities
