As the go-to expert for our Workday HR system and a key contributor to our reward and benefits strategy, you’ll work closely with line managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR support. You’ll also play a central role in immigration compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting employees relocating to the UK.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR processes align with company policies.
- Maintain org charts and produce regular HR communications.
- Support employees relocating to the UK, managing logistics including visas and temporary accommodation.
- Coordinate visa sponsorships and right-to-work checks, working with external advisors.
- Manage the company’s sponsor licence and ensure full compliance with UK immigration laws.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making across the People team and business leaders.
- Serve as the UK lead for Workday, driving system enhancements and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support monthly payroll processing through Workday.
- Act as a GDPR Data Champion and contribute to compensation reviews.
- Assist in the administration and promotion of employee benefits and well-being initiatives.
- Support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives aligned with our broader HR strategy.
- Prepare employee documentation and respond to reference requests.
