In this role you will be accountable for groundbreaking research and delivering insights that create a step change in how nbn and the industry deliver products and customer services that exceed expectations. You will develop best-practice methodologies, lead analysis and reporting, and produce deep, actionable research for nbn and its partners.
You will design and deliver a variety of research programs, including quantitative tracking studies, Voice of Customer initiatives, ad-hoc projects, qualitative research and driver modelling. The position also requires strong program and project management skills to launch a new Voice of Customer platform and manage the NPS Experts program, coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines and strategic alignment.
At nbn you will be part of Australia’s digital backbone, working with inspirational leaders and innovators to shape the nation’s network and drive inclusive, flexible, and supportive workplace values.
The role demands extensive experience in quantitative, qualitative and advanced research techniques, together with stakeholder management, project leadership and general leadership capabilities.
