Providing land and property solutions for infrastructure, energy, and utilities projects.
Graduate Surveyors work on utilities and infrastructure schemes, managing land‑related issues such as negotiating access agreements, handling compensation claims, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimising impacts on agricultural land. They act as intermediaries between clients and landowners, deliver land and property advice, produce heads of terms, conduct site noticing, condition surveys, site visits, valuation and asset management, and contribute to problem‑solving using data and technology.
Candidates must hold a RICS‑accredited or relevant degree, be eligible to sit APC or ATC, and possess a full UK driving licence with their own transport. The role values proactivity, problem‑solving, and a keen eye for detail.
The Graduate Surveyor programme supports graduates to achieve MRICS (APC) or AssocRICS (ATC) status through a blend of structured training and on‑the‑job experience, enabling them to become leading surveyors. Graduates receive mentorship, CPD events and a clear career pathway while working on real infrastructure projects.
