Experience: Minimum 7 years in BIM/CAD management, preferably in aerospace, industrial, federal, or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills: Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related platforms.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of AutoCAD, BIM standards (IFC, COBie), parametric modeling, and construction methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to mentor and collaborate across teams.
Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or AutoCAD required.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Newforma.
Experience with aerospace, industrial, and federal project workflows and compliance.
