The primary function of this role is to produce correct concrete mixes and quantities promptly with minimal downtime. Employees must follow safety and quality protocols, collaborate with prestress and QC personnel to determine mix formulas and required cubic yards, operate the batching computer system, monitor component weighing, inject steam as needed, direct equipment operators, discharge concrete, perform manual mixes for small orders, and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with two to four years of experience or equivalent training, and the ability to perform the duties outlined.
