Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of customer service experience, with one year in multifamily or student housing preferred, and a high school diploma or GED. Desired knowledge includes Federal Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant, and ADA laws. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities, a positive outlook, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is also required.

Applicants will complete an online assessment, a preliminary virtual interview with HR, and subsequent virtual or on‑site interviews with hiring managers. A background check and a four‑panel drug screening are required, potentially including reference, credit, criminal, social media, and employment verifications depending on the role.
