Tasks

-Operational Support: You'll support the implementation of various HR programs, such as reward and recognition, employee development initiatives, and enterprise agreements. -Policy and Compliance: You'll advise on the interpretation of relevant Acts, Regulations, and internal policies, ensuring compliance and fairness in all people-related decisions. -Stakeholder Management: You'll be the primary point of contact for managers and employees, building strong relationships and providing trusted advice on all HR matters. -Strategic Collaboration: You'll work with managers and external partners to implement key HR strategies and cyclical activities, including performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
