About the Role

Based in Rock Hill, SC, the Project Manager role is tasked with delivering safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives throughout the project lifecycle. The position oversees coordination of design, procurement, production, external processing, and shipping activities. • Manage project activities from order to cash, ensuring on‑time delivery and profitability. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams for design, procurement, production, outside processing, and shipping. • Establish and nurture customer relationships throughout the post‑sale project cycle. • Lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. • Travel 25%–50% to support project needs and customer engagements. • Read and interpret project drawings, shop details, and specifications accurately. • Facilitate internal and external project kick‑off meetings effectively.

What You Bring

Travel is expected for 25%–50% of the time, and the role requires a continuous commitment to safety, including the initiation and enforcement of safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience. • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; strong computer proficiency; ability to apply analytical and statistical tools.
