What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assistant Maintenance Technician in the North Topsail Beach, NC area to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the lead Maintenance Technician in performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring facilities and equipment remain in excellent working condition. This full‑time position requires 40 hours per week with some weekend work and on‑call duties, and offers an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 based on experience and qualifications. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. • Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or related field. • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. • Capable of lifting up to 50 lb and working in various environments.
