About the Role

The General Manager (typically on-site) supervises the administrative support staff of the assigned Community Association and assists the lead General Manager with oversight of various departments such as Food & Beverage, Facilities Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping, and Lifestyle. Acting as the primary liaison to the lead General Manager and residents, the GM also interacts occasionally with vendors, board members, committee members, and staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center and branch office. • Implement board policies and directives per management agreement. • Supervise community administrative staff. • Support hiring, training, and performance management of employees. • Prepare schedules and prioritize routine and special projects. • Assist with annual budgeting. • Manage community functions within approved operating budget. • Liaise between Board and residents on policy execution and grievances. • Liaise between Board, legal counsel, and advisory committees.

What You Bring
