About the Role
• Serve food and beverages courteously, providing menu guidance and pairing suggestions. • Present orders promptly, set and maintain table settings, and replenish items as needed. • Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect guests and the establishment. • Record and transmit orders, noting dietary restrictions and special requests. • Communicate meal timing to kitchen staff and deliver dishes from bar and kitchen. • Attend to guest needs throughout the dining experience, including clearing plates and addressing spills. • Process payments, total charges, and deliver receipts or change to guests. • Resolve conflicts effectively. • Maintain high energy levels.

What You Bring

Blue Ridge Mountain Club, a beautiful mountain community in Boone, NC, is looking for friendly and efficient wait staff to serve members, owners, and guests at the on‑site fine‑dining restaurant. Work with a helpful crew under the direction of the Executive Chef. This is a seasonal position with a flexible schedule. Compensation is $18.00 per hour with a service charge in lieu of tips; patrons may tip voluntarily, and tips are pooled and distributed evenly among waitstaff who worked the shift.
