About the Role
The Electrical Lead will guide the electrical team, ensure readiness for maintenance tasks, and coordinate with other work groups to safely execute projects, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a production environment. Responsibilities include planning, goal setting, coaching staff, and improving predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs. Safety is paramount at Nucor; candidates must be able to initiate, lead, and uphold all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

What You Bring
• Two years of hands‑on maintenance experience with electrical equipment. • Degree in electrical field. • Experience planning and leading projects with vendors and contractors. • Experience in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, AC & DC drives, hydraulics, and power distribution.
