About the Role
Daily responsibilities include prospecting, maintaining client relationships, managing account growth and margins, resolving customer concerns with solution‑based sales, collaborating with the branch business‑development team on proactive modernization projects, and feeding competitive and market feedback into the organization. The associate must also use Otis‑provided sales tools, maintain the CRM pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts. • Prospect and build new customer relationships in the assigned territory. • Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets for hydraulic modernization projects. • Serve as a technical sales consultant and resolve customer concerns with solution‑based approaches. • Collaborate with branch business‑development teams to identify proactive modernization opportunities. • Capture competitive and market intelligence to refine product messaging. • Utilize Otis sales tools and CRM to track opportunities, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least five years of external sales experience, be bilingual in French and English, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication, customer‑centric attitude, self‑motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple projects are essential. Technical proficiency with Microsoft software, leadership, time‑management, and experience in B2C or B2B sales are also required. • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (B2C or B2B preferred). • Bilingual proficiency in French and English. • Strong written and verbal communication with a customer‑centric focus. • Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple simultaneous projects. • Comfortable with Microsoft‑based software and CRM systems. • Demonstrated leadership, organizational and time‑management skills.
