About the Role
In this role you will design and manage a sales structure that includes business development managers, recapture specialists and conversion sales representatives, refine existing recapture and conversion programs, and launch new initiatives to expand the service business. • Build and lead a regional sales team comprising business development managers, recapture specialists, and conversion representatives. • Refine existing recapture and conversion programs and create new initiatives to drive service‑business growth. • Cultivate relationships with key customers and consultants while identifying new business opportunities. • Collaborate with corporate headquarters to leverage marketing and sales programs for increased sales. • Oversee national account RFP strategies and provide tools and support for local RFP processes.

What You Bring
The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any Northwest Otis location, and requires 50‑75% travel across the region. A bachelor’s degree is required, and five or more years of sales experience are preferred. Success requires proven sales‑management experience, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels. You must be goal‑oriented, entrepreneurial, highly organized, and capable of selling value rather than price. Preferred qualifications include prior general or sales‑management experience and industry knowledge, though the latter is not mandatory.
