About the Role
The Director, New Equipment Product Marketer supports regional and operating‑unit product marketers and digital marketing by planning, building, and maintaining a product‑marketing roadmap that aligns with regional, OU, and Center‑of‑Excellence KPIs. Roadmaps are created before the fiscal year begins and are tied to both CoE business‑line growth plans and regional priorities. On a typical day the Director oversees regional and OU campaign roadmaps, collaborates regularly with New Equipment leaders and sales directors, and leads the development of marketing plans and forecasts for each campaign. The role supports product‑management teams with positioning, value propositions, and messaging, serves as the marketing lead for global programs such as otis.com, and works with the Sales Enablement CoE to provide necessary campaign‑tracking reports. Additional duties include identifying key products for trade‑show advertising, driving cross‑regional collaboration and best‑practice sharing, supporting regional price committees with data‑driven insights, and analyzing monthly HFM data to ensure adequate marketing support for key markets. • Oversee regional and OU campaign roadmaps in partnership with New Equipment leaders and sales directors. • Develop marketing plans and forecasts for each campaign with digital marketing and sales teams. • Support product management in creating positioning, value propositions, and messaging. • Lead global marketing programs such as otis.com and global SharePoint. • Provide marketing reports to Sales Enablement CoE for campaign tracking. • Identify key products for advertising and generate trade‑show content. • Facilitate cross‑regional collaboration and share best practices to improve go‑to‑market effectiveness. • Analyze taxonomy, order, margin, and sales data to advise regional price committees. • Review monthly HFM data to allocate marketing support to priority countries and regions. • Apply project‑management expertise to align initiatives with organizational goals. • Engage stakeholders across executives, employees, and external partners. • Employ strategic thinking and data‑driven decision‑making to shape segment‑level strategies.

What You Bring
Successful candidates bring more than ten years of leadership and management experience in the elevator or industrial equipment sector, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. They possess deep product‑marketing knowledge of new‑equipment elevators and escalators, strong project‑management skills, and a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking, technical proficiency, analytical acumen, excellent communication, and the agility to adapt to changing technologies are essential. • Bring 10+ years of leadership experience in the elevator/industrial industry. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of new‑equipment elevator and escalator markets.
