About the Role
In your new role, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Delivery Projects, ensuring alignment with Transgrid’s PMF, ISO 9001:2015, and regulatory standards. Operating across multiple high‑voltage sites, the role drives quality excellence through all project phases while fostering collaboration, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring
You have 8+ years’ experience in quality coordination, defect management, and QA leadership on major projects. You are expert in implementing Quality Plans and ITPs across project sites and supplier interfaces, and skilled in managing NCRs, punch lists, inspection records, and root cause analysis. You are proficient in QA systems including TeamBinder, SharePoint, and Power BI for reporting, and are a strong communicator capable of leading cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement. • 8+ years experience in quality coordination, defect management, and QA leadership on major projects. • Expert in creating and implementing Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans across sites and supplier interfaces. • Skilled in managing NCRs, punch lists, inspection records, and conducting root cause analysis. • Proficient with QA tools such as TeamBinder, SharePoint, and Power BI for reporting. • Strong communicator capable of leading cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
