About the Role

The specialist will work closely with general contractors and Otis operating territories to ensure large‑account projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical, safety, and quality standards. Typical responsibilities include resolving technical interface issues, guiding the project team, coordinating contract activities from award to installation, and communicating proactively with contractors, owners, architects, and internal stakeholders. The role also oversees construction processes such as schedule negotiation, change orders, invoicing, cash‑flow management, and progress reporting, while interpreting contracts and reviewing architectural and structural drawings to develop creative solutions. • Resolve technical interface issues between Otis products and building systems. • Guide key‑account project team members to ensure flawless execution. • Manage contract activities from award through product installation, maintaining scope alignment. • Communicate proactively with contractors, owners, architects, and internal stakeholders. • Oversee construction tasks: schedule negotiation, change orders, invoicing, cash‑flow, and progress reporting. • Interpret contractual documents and modifications to assess cost impacts. • Review and reconcile architectural/structural drawings, addressing conflicts creatively. • Analyze estimates and develop contingency plans. • Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional customer service.
