About the Role
The Landscaping role will be directly responsible for the property’s landscaping, project management, maintenance, and overseeing the crew. The ideal candidate communicates effectively and professionally with employees and residents, and is organized, efficient, personable, and works well with others. • Manage landscape optimizations to improve efficiency • Schedule and workload crews to optimize routing density and work scope • Organize and plan equipment packages per crew • Ensure work performed meets the property's standards • Proactively communicate property issues with the property manager • Organize self and others efficiently and generate professional, accurate reports and paperwork

What You Bring
• Minimum 3 years experience in landscape management • Clean driver's license (CDL is a plus) • Lawn spraying/fertilizing/pest control certification (preferred) • Strong knowledge of pruning, trimming techniques and ability to identify Florida trees, plants, and shrubs • Basic ability to identify irrigation and pest issues on lawns, plants, and trees • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Basic computer knowledge • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; detail‑oriented, versatile, teachable, team player • Education: high school diploma or equivalent
