About the Role
Key duties involve devising a regional business strategy, collaborating with sales and project teams to align schedules, and managing site visits and client engagements throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop a business plan for the assigned region and coordinate job schedules with project teams. • Monitor construction progress on site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet safety and quality criteria. • Arrange and supervise material deliveries, forecast labor needs, and manage resource allocation for timely project completion. • Conduct field safety audits, deliver training, and create site safety and logistics plans. • Engage with clients to handle payments, submit reports, and follow up on AMT requirements. • Collaborate with sales personnel to fulfill customer specifications and review project status regularly.

What You Bring
Candidates must come from an elevator background with experience in elevator installation, and will be tasked with overseeing construction completions while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in an engineering discipline, possess strong written and verbal communication, presentation, leadership, and decision‑making abilities, and be capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. • Hold an engineering degree or diploma and demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Preferably have more than five years of experience in the elevator industry.
