Community Association Manager

About the Role
As a Community Association Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors; travel to client sites for meetings, inspections, walk‑throughs, and events; prepare and distribute disclosure packages, financial statements, and meeting notices in compliance with regulations; review and summarize monthly financials for boards; and advise boards on capital improvements, maintenance planning, and operations to ensure long‑term success. • Act as the primary liaison among HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors. • Conduct site visits for board meetings, inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events. • Prepare and distribute annual disclosures, financial statements, and meeting notices in compliance with state regulations. • Review and summarize monthly financial reports for boards. • Advise boards on capital improvements, maintenance planning, and operational strategies. • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts efficiently. • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines both independently and within a team.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience in community management or related fields, strong written communication, excellent customer service and conflict resolution, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and professional communication across phone, email, and in‑person interactions. Preferred qualifications include CMCA designation, completion of the M‑100 CAI course, HOA portfolio management experience, and familiarity with HOA operations, board governance, and vendor coordination. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite with strong written communication skills. • Preferred: CMCA certification, completion of CAI’s M‑100 Essentials of Community Association Management, and experience managing HOA portfolios.

Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $52,000 to $60,000.
